Ricky Williams, the ex-star Miami Dolphin running back, is asking for permission to join the NFL once again, even after his retirement. Ricky Williams retired after being suspended for multiple illegal substance abuses.

My Opinion:
With all do respect to Ricky's talents, I believe that after the first time of suspension, you should not be given any more chances. Just because Ricky is a playmaker, that doesn't give the right for him to violate the law and get away with it. There are running backs out there that could succeed just as well as Williams did and they do not violate the law.
