Japan aid to China to focus on environment

Japanese aid to China has recently been under debate due to the negative fiscal outlook in China. In response, the Japanese foreign ministry is focusing the aid specificly on enviromental conservation and human resources development because these are areas that give back to Japan in the end. Japan is most concerned with continuing to curb air pollution in China which in turn keeps Japan breathing easier.
