Good News for Drivers

The price for a barrel of crude-oil fell more than a dollar on Tuesday, dispite concerns about possible damage that could happen if Hurricane Rita hits the Texas coast with it's 26 refineries. Also helping to ease prices was the announcment by OPEC would start releasing 2 million extra barrels of oil a day. The bad news is that the price of oil is still 45 persent higher than at this time last year. http://www.msnbc.msn.com/id/5612507/
