James, Allen named players of the week.
For the week of Monday, November 8th – Sunday, November 14th. The Eastern Conference named LeBron James of the Cleveland Cavaliers, player of the week. The Western Conference named Ray Allen from the Seattle SuperSonics. James helped the Cavs go 3-0 last week averaging 29 ppg while shooting 50%. He also averaged 9.7 rebounds, 4.7 assists, 3.33 steals. James also had 17 of his season high 38 points against Phoenix in the 4th quarter and helped the team rally back from being down 19 points.
Ray Allen helped his team go 4-0 this week while averaging 28.3 ppg which puts him in 3rd place in the NBA. He got 53% from the field and a remarkable 56% from beyond the arch. Just like James, Allen helped his team rally back from a deficit to pull out a win. Allen had 34 points in his game versus the Memphis Grizzlies. The SuperSonics were trailing by 21 as the clock hit 0:00 at the end of the 3rd quarter.
