Will Troops ever come home?

The government is worried about starting a solid democratic government in Iraq and whether or not the violence with escalate, but more and more people are begining to wonder when they are going to send the troops home. The common fear is that if they are deployed home too early terrorists will thrive and take over Iraq's crumbled state, falling into a civil war. We all know that the war in Iraq is not the only war going on right now, we are fighting a war on terrorism too. Pres. Bush has said that the troops will stay in Iraq as long as possible and not any longer, but when will that be?
