Eastern Philosophy

Between the months of February and August, 1,600 internet cafes have been shut down and over $12 million in fines have been handed out for allowing children to access adult material. Porn, gambling, violence and other problems have caused a problem by corrupting the internet in China. Of its 87 million users, 50% are under 24 and 18% are minors.
