Consumer Confidence Still Down

For the third month in a row consumer confidence and spending is down. Consumers are worried about the future when it comes to their jobs and their income. The confidence level dropped 3.9 points from September according to The Consumer Confidence Index. Did you know that consumer spending accounts for two-thirds of America's economic activity?
