Will emmy help show get 'Arrested'?

The show, "Arrested Development," recently received three Emmy wins for the Best Comedy Series Writing, the Hurwitz-penned Pilot Episode, and for Best Comedy Series Direction. Yah, three Emmy wins looks nice, but not stacked up to the show's rating: 108. The article is explaining that, sure, the show did receive three Emmy wins, but with it's low ratings, it may not be on for long. However, if you're like me, being a very huge fan of the show 'Arrested Development," do note that shows like Cheers, All in the Family, and Hill Street Blues, had low ratings their first yearstoo, but ultimately had Emmy wins. After their Emmy wins, the American viewer tuned in on each show, and they became very popular in America. From the tone of the article, it sounds like the writer, along with myself, are looking forward to Arrested Development for its second season this fall. However, according to 57,999 people on the CNN.com "QuickVote" 26% of them said they would watch a show for the first time on the back of an Emmy win, compared to the other 74% that said they would not. Do me a favor, and watch Arrested Development. There is not a funnier comedy on TV. I gaurantee it.

Arrested Development LINK below, there was no button for me to make a direct link. Sorry, folks.
